Where do you ship from ?
We ship from different locations in US/Europe/China. So, please expect your items to be shipped separately (if you order more than one item).
How long it will take my items to arrive ?
It will usually take 7-14 business days for all orders to arrive. Shipping times vary from product-to-product; based on demand and shipping location.
How long it will take to receive a tracking no.?
It will take usually between 1-3 business days.
Where can I place the orders?
We are a U.S based company. Therefore, we don’t ship to Cuba, Iran, Crimea, Syria, and North Korea as of right now.
Is shipping FREE?
No. Shipping costs are based on products weight and shipping destinations.
Where is your company located?
Which currency I will be charged?
We processes all orders in USD. While the content of the cart is displayed in several currencies, you will checkout using USD at the most current exchange rate
Will I receive a confirmation order when I place an order?
Yes, all customers will receive an order number after placing their orders. Please contact us if you don’t receive one within 24 hours.

In most countries you don’t have to pay customs, but it all depends on your location.
What is your return policy?
We understand in some cases you might be unsatisfied with your order for a number of reasons like if it arrives damaged, if it is the wrong size, or it simply didn’t meet your expectations. If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we’re here to help! We offer free returns or exchanges within 30 days of receiving your order. You can return your product for store credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method.
Here are a few things you need about our return policy.
- Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged
- Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original packaging
- Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use.
- All returns should be sent back to us with a tracking number.
- We will only refund your return shipping cost if your order get damaged in transit or when we send you the wrong item. For all other cases, you will have to bear the return shipping cost.
To initiate a return or exchange, please send us an email at email@example.com along with your name and email address. We will then forward our Return Center address which is located at different locations in the Continental U.S.
In case you place an order for an out of stock item, you will receive an automatic refund and the reason why.
